Hey everyone! (yeah, like Spiderman)

I’m Rishika (she/her), a 16-year-old reader in the U.S. I tend to read mostly YA books, but I’ll occasionally read an NA or Adult book (when I’m feeling spiffy, ya know). Usually, I read fantasy, but I love historical fiction and contemporaries with my whole heart. Horror is just about the only thing I’ll never read, even though I’ve been trying to convince myself to pick up at least one Stephen King novel before I'm just dust and bones.

 

My blog is called Apollo Approved because I’m a huge nerd for Greek mythology (it’s my third-grade teacher and PJO’s fault), and Apollo just so happens to be the God of Literature (and like three billion other things, but). Besides, can’t forget that (most) Godly Parent™ tests plop me in Cabin 7, so gotta rep my pops I guess. I also happen to be a Leo and a Slytherin (don’t ask me how Apollo and Slytherin go together, I couldn’t tell you).
